Tardiness

We offer a 10 minute grace period.

We value and respect our customers time, after 10 minutes, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellations

All cancellations, reschedules and appointments modifications must be completed 24 hours in advance.

A $25.00 fee will be charged. 

Guests

At the time of appointment, no companions, guests or kids are allowed inside of the service area.

There is a waiting area in the main lobby for guests to sit.
