• Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Gift certificates do not expire and are not subject to service fees, in accordance with Florida law.
• Certificates must be presented at the time of service.
• Gift certificates may be used toward partial payment of a service; any remaining balance is the responsibility of the client.
• One gift certificate may be used per visit unless otherwise stated.
• Gift certificates are transferable and may be gifted to another individual.
• Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
• Lakeland Manicure Studio’s cancellation and no-show policies apply to all gift certificate appointments.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates cannot be replaced.
• Gift certificates may not be used to purchase retail products unless explicitly stated.
• Lakeland Manicure Studio reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with salon policies and Florida law.
